The team emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering actionable insights from complex datasets. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and can work with APIs and data pipelines to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis or related role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or another scripting language.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Experience building reporting infrastructure, dashboards, or data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking studies using platform and external data to generate insights.
• Develop customer-specific analyses covering performance trends and account health indicators.
• Build and improve data pipelines, automated reports, and dashboards.
• Develop capacity models for workload forecasting and resource planning.
• Integrate data from internal and third‑party APIs into unified datasets.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to clean and analyze data.
