Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; non-related degrees considered with Data Analyst experience
• SQL knowledge from beginner to intermediate, including writing and reading queries
• MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork and communication skills
• Able to quickly learn new concepts and processes
• Fast learner with good verbal and written communication
• Adaptable to changing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Data Analyst Team, including setting matching priorities and addressing matching-related queries
• Review platform files and create, maintain QA checks on incoming platform files and outgoing client feeds
• Conduct data assessments and deliver analysis to clients using SQL and Excel
• Communicate and support clients regarding data processing needs
• Partner with the Implementation Team to gather information and transition new clients into the data consortium
• Utilize JIRA to manage projects and coordinate with Development and Client Engagement teams
• Use quantitative methods to identify market trends to assist companies in making informed business decisions
• Develop a strong understanding of the Retirement/Investment Industry from a data perspective
• Maintain Sales Reporting and the product Nexus
