The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and strong analytical abilities, with night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Proficiency with Airtable, CRM platforms, SQL, and Power BI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering/Business Analytics
• Night shift availability 8:00 PM–5:00 AM
• Experience with business systems, databases, and reporting tools
• Ability to organize, validate and interpret operational data
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Quick learner and adaptable to new software/tools
• Experience with Airtable, CRM platforms, SQL, Power BI or WordPress is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operational data across internal business systems.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and business summaries for leadership.
• Validate, organize, and analyze data for accuracy and consistency.
• Support CRM administration and business system maintenance.
• Assist with operational reporting and business performance tracking.
• Coordinate with teams to gather and maintain business information.
• Support website and content updates as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes.
• Document processes and maintain operational documentation.
• Provide administrative, reporting, and project support across departments
