Emapta is hiring a Data Analyst to support US-based legal technology projects, including Relativity, eDiscovery workflows, and data quality assurance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one additional year of relevant legal industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year of eDiscovery experience in a service provider, consulting firm, or law firm.
• Experience with Relativity or comparable electronic discovery (eDiscovery) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the execution of client matters from project initiation through closeout.
• Assist with project setup, workspace configuration, user administration, and matter maintenance.
• Monitor project requests and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery across client portfolios.
• Ensure consistent application of SOPs across all matters.
• Configure and maintain Relativity workspaces and manage users, groups, and permissions.
• Assist with document productions, imports, exports, and metadata management.
• Perform data QC checks on processing, loads, productions, and exports.
• Generate project status reports and maintain audit trails.
• Respond to routine client requests and escalate risks when needed.
• Maintain flexibility to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
