Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex eDiscovery projects for a US legal technology provider. You will manage Relativity workflows, client deliverables, and end-to-end project lifecycles from a permanent remote setup with global exposure and mentorship.

The role emphasizes client service, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements, with long-term career growth and a flexible schedule including night shifts and offshore coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three additional years of legal industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the eDiscovery industry.
• Experience with Relativity or other electronic discovery (eDiscovery) platforms.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to master internal systems and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery matters across the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate client requests and deliverables to meet established deadlines and project budgets.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent legal matters and client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop hourly estimates, establish project budgets, and monitor project costs.
• Create and maintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Track project progress and coordinate tasks across operational teams.
