Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to partner with Australian stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans and coordinating data analytics initiatives. This remote role offers exposure to international projects and enterprise technology delivery.

You will lead testing, data visualization, governance activities, and release handovers while growing in a globally connected team with growth opportunities and a permanent work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in requirements workshops and cross-functional coordination.
• Background in data analytics, reporting, data visualization, or tech project delivery in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans including scope, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and actions with sponsors and leads.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners.
• Escalate barriers and resolve cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Document business requirements, data definitions, and report specifications; translate into dashboards and visualizations.
• Support UAT, test data preparation, and validation of results; assist in post-release checks.
• Lead release readiness and handover; create operational handover docs and escalation contacts.
• Develop user guides and track project outcomes and benefits.
