Job summary

Minutehouse is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle tickets and chats from client staff, review logs, and manage access requests. You will document issues for developers with steps and screenshots and update help articles as needed.

This is a remote, full-time role based in the Philippines. Strong written and spoken English is required; familiarity with Zendesk, Freshdesk or Intercom is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some customer service, help desk or BPO experience.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle tickets and chats from client staff.
• Check logs and documents to see what happened.
• Sort out access and permission requests.
• Write bugs up for the developers with steps and screenshots.
• Update help articles.
• Tell the client when it's fixed.
