Job summary

StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an Easy Account (Retail) to join a dynamic virtual team. The role is full-time and base is in Bridgetowne, Pasig City, operating as a virtual process.

You will mainly handle non-voice interactions via email, chat, and ticketing systems, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a flexible remote environment. You will respond professionally to inquiries, maintain detailed records, and work toward first-contact resolution
