StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an Easy Account (Healthcare) to join our virtual team. Based in Bridgetowne, Pasig City, this full-time role handles non-voice interactions via email, chat, and tickets.

You will ensure accurate records and deliver timely product information in a remote work setting. The ideal candidate has strong written communication, 6+ months BPO experience, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
