Qualifications

• Strong written communication and empathy in responses.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple inquiries.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, email platforms, and customer service software.

• Patient and calm demeanor when handling customer issues and complaints.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills to understand customer needs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is advantageous.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat/ticketing systems with professionalism.
• Aim for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Provide product and service information and address questions.
• Process account updates, billing inquiries, and service changes.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
