Job summary

BruntWork is seeking two virtual assistants to join our remote Customer Support Agent team. You will handle customer communications, schedule plumbing repairs, quote jobs, and provide administrative support from home.

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, call handling, and dispatch, with proficiency in CRM systems like Zendesk, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro. Training will begin with early-morning hours and progressive scheduling.

Qualifications

Ability to work standard hours and start at 6:00 AM during training.
Background in customer service, call handling, admin support, or dispatch.
Experience with CRM, email tools and trade software like Zendesk, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro.
Strong de-escalation skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Inbound & outbound calling as primary contact for customer inquiries and scheduling.
Call escalation to internal teams for urgent issues.
Quoting and scheduling: prepare service estimates and coordinate calendars.
Email communications with clients in a timely, professional manner.
Billing assistance: support invoicing and client account documentation.
