Job summary

Pear Tree. is seeking a proactive Customer Services / Scheduling Manager to coordinate retail plumbing and water specialist services. You will be the main contact for customers, handle bookings, schedule technicians, and optimize ServiceM8 workflows to ensure timely and reliable service.

Ideal candidates have ServiceM8 experience, a background in plumbing operations, and a strong customer-service mindset. This role offers steady monthly pay and growth opportunities within a busy field service

Qualifications

Two to three years of hands-on ServiceM8 experience.
Experience in a plumbing trade or plumbing services business.
Proven experience in customer service, outbound calling and appointment booking.
Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer bookings, changes and updates with a friendly, proactive approach.
Develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Create and manage service schedules, ensuring efficient technician allocations.
Maintain accurate customer and job records in ServiceM8 and monitor progress.
Identify workflow improvements and support invoicing handover with the team.
