Qualifications

• 3+ years experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard creation.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and document management capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding activities including NDAs and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and partner records within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM data integrity.
• Produce dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support supplier and contractor onboarding processes.
