Job summary

Command|Link is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to build strong relationships with current customers, regularly check in, lead simple business reviews, and ensure clients get the most value from our SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with leadership to grow accounts, promote upgrades and renewals, and support our low cancellation rate while delivering proactive, high‑touch service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working with customers.
• Clear, calm and confident on calls or presentations.
• Proactive, follows up without prompting.
• Friendly and trustworthy with quick relationship-building.
• Able to learn new software and processes with little hand-holding.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Command|Link’s technology and support approach to confidently communicate with customers.
• Regularly check in with assigned customers and understand their needs to grow the relationship.
• Identify renewal, upgrades, changes, and additional products/services for customers.
• Use CRM, quoting system, and dashboards to stay organized and hit goals.
• Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative work environment focused on customer success.
