Job summary

SimplerQMS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own customer relationships globally. You will help customers derive enduring value from our eQMS platform, drive renewals and expansions, and collaborate across Sales, Implementation, Support and Product.

You will monitor health indicators, run proactive check-ins, and advise on best practices to stay audit-ready for life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar role in SaaS or regulated industries.
• Real experience with renewals, upsell and revenue KPIs.
• A data-driven approach using usage metrics and success plans.
• Strong people skills, empathetic, proactive and solution-focused.
• Sharp critical thinking to connect customer needs with solutions.
• Love of learning and quickly becoming the product expert.
• Fluent English and comfortable working with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Be the person customers trust; understand their goals, audits, and pressures; prove value from SimplerQMS.
• Spot risk early by monitoring health indicators, proactive check-ins, and solving issues before churn.
• Grow accounts by expanding SimplerQMS across teams, sites and use cases.
• Run meetings customers look forward to; address license and support questions with practical advice.
• Build relationships beyond the main contact, including QA, IT, and executives.
• Be the expert and become the go-to person for how our eQMS solves quality and regulatory problems.
• Share customer feedback with the product team and help shape future developments.
