Job summary

Nexa Core Services is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to support international clients from a fully remote setup. You will guide onboarding, drive product adoption, and resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

The role offers exposure to SaaS platforms, AI-powered tools, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, support, product, and operations teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and beginners are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
• Experience in customer success is an advantage but not required.
• Background in customer service, sales, account management, business administration, hospitality, or virtual assistance.
• Knowledge of SaaS products or subscription-based business models is a plus.
• Experience supporting international clients is beneficial.
• Understanding of CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation processes.
• Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and product adoption.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, business reviews, and check-in meetings.
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.

• Utilize AI tools to improve customer communication, documentation, reporting, and productivity.
