This full-time role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call centre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
