Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing or related roles.
• Strong telephone and customer-service skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven MYOB invoicing experience and basic bookkeeping knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for customer and business calls during AU hours.
• Take orders, confirm details and processing, and provide product information.
• Outbound follow-ups to maintain relationships and promote additional products.
• Assist with invoicing, sales orders and basic office tasks for the Australian team.
