Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers via phone, online chat, and email to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide updates.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude across every interaction.
• Assist customers with processing payments using payment management tools and support day-to-day logistics and bookings.
