Job summary

Hyvid Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to support online customers, retail stores, wholesale customers and suppliers from a remote role. You will handle inquiries via email, chat, text and the online ordering portal, ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

You’ll work with internal teams to maintain a high standard of service, resolve issues, and nurture strong customer relationships while staying compliant with policies.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in retail, customer service, sales support or order processing.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency using customer service software and tools including CRM systems.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Epicor, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications through email, text, chat, and the online ordering portal (B2B).
• Ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of service.
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Aim for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Document all interactions and transactions in the client’s CRM system.
