Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, text, and phone promptly.
• Resolve issues accurately while following policies and standards.
• Document interactions thoroughly in tickets and internal systems.
• Own conversations from start to resolution with timely follow-ups.
• Meet defined performance metrics like QA scores and response times.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Production to meet customer needs.
• Maintain brand professionalism in all communications.
• Suggest process improvements from recurring issues.
