Job summary

Fellow is seeking a positive, thoughtful Customer Experience Representative to support growth and the use of our coffee tools. This is a full-time remote role, 40 hours per week, open to candidates worldwide.

You will respond to inquiries by email and live chat via Zendesk, coordinate with warehouses for order fulfillment, and develop product knowledge to help customers find the best solutions for home or business settings. Strong writing and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of remote experience in eCommerce customer service.
• Proficient with Zendesk, Shopify, and G Suite.
• Ability to troubleshoot product issues via email and live chat.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer emails and questions through Zendesk.
• Coordinate with fulfillment warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
• Become a product expert to recommend the best options for home or business.
• Meet SLA/KPI metrics by responding to inquiries promptly.
