The Printer Relationship Team supports printers and vendors to ensure high-quality products on time while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role involves building long-term partnerships, coordinating production timelines, and driving operational improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years in operations, vendor management, supply chain, or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with printer/production partners, addressing operational questions and improving performance.
• Order & Production Management: Coordinate production timelines, reallocate orders, and manage garment procurement to meet schedules.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams to resolve issues and share updates.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and drive automation and scalable workflows to boost efficiency.
