Job summary

Fresh Prints, a New York-based custom apparel startup, is seeking a detail-oriented Triage Associate to review and route incoming requests across Art, Ops, Admin, and Sales. The role requires understanding multiple workflows and clear communication to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of experience in operations, customer experience, support, admin, or related role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail with reliable follow-through.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage incoming Art, Ops, Admin, and Sales-related requests.
• Assign requests to the correct team or individual based on type, urgency, and scope.
• Identify missing details or blockers and communicate with stakeholders for clarification.
• Support admin tasks and order edits with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Assist Sales via Freshchat by routing questions and concerns as needed.
• Document actions taken on tickets with notes and screenshots when needed.
