Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills alongside excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different departments, including both internal and external work crews and managers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, acting as a practical and conceptual thinker regarding project descriptions and operational needs.
• Ability to review, adjust, and maintain accuracy across internal databases and customer systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison and auditor between customer systems, internal systems (OFS), and documentation provided by field personnel.
• Review customer and internal databases (OFS) and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate data maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with OPEs and Area Managers to identify and document tasks, milestones, and customer requests to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Verify and ensure all billing documentation is accurate and compliant with customer contract terms.
• Translate and input crew production data onto digital job site prints to verify completed production and capture revenue for processing.
• Escalate project issues and potential risks that could delay timelines or impact the budget.
