Job summary

Fresh Prints is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support a multi-million dollar supply-chain and logistics team from a remote location. You will handle inquiries across email, chat, text, and phone with a focus on timely, accurate, and professional responses.

Training lasts 1–2 months with hours 5:00 AM–2:00 PM Philippine Time, then standard shifts. Base salary ranges from 550–700 USD monthly plus an 80 USD night shift allowance, plus a 2-month paid Sabbatical for long-term staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of experience in customer support or related role.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Strong written communication and professional brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, text, and/or phone promptly.
• Resolve issues accurately while following policies and standards.
• Maintain detailed, accurate tickets and documentation in systems.
• Own conversations from start to finish, including follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics like QA, response and resolution times.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Production to support customers.
• Maintain professionalism and brand standards in all communications.
• Identify recurring issues to improve processes.
