Job summary

HKR.TEAM in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a US-based partner. This remote, contractor role involves written English interactions, order updates, exchanges, and editing orders.

You should have prior customer support experience, English at least C1, be tech-savvy with reliable internet, and a BYOD setup. Work from home in two batches starting Oct 26 and Nov 2, 2026, for 2–3 months, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer support role.
• Contractor/independent contractor experience.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken (C1).
• Ability to stay composed while troubleshooting and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with US customers in English primarily via email or live chat.
• Provide order status updates and tracking links.
• Assist with exchanges, sizing issues, and replacements for damaged items.
• Edit orders (shipping addresses, item details) as needed.
• Identify apparel designs customers seek on the site.
