Job summary

Compass Experience Labs in the Philippines is hiring a full-time inbound customer support agent to respond across phone, email, chat, text, and social channels with clear, friendly communication.

You will join a remote, high-volume program with strict schedule adherence and back-to-back calls; training is provided and opportunities for career development exist. HQ is in Columbus, Ohio and cameras are required during training.

Qualifications

• Inbound channels experience across calls, chat, email, SMS and social media.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Recent call center experience within the last 2 years.
• At least 1 year inbound phone experience.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Comfort with learning new software and tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, email, chat, SMS and social channels with clear, friendly communication.
• Maintain a high level of schedule adherence and handle back-to-back calls.
• Participate in training with cameras on and be an active participant.
• Upsell or offer relevant products and services when appropriate.
• Work in a fully remote, high-volume environment with multiple systems.
