Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote role in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, deliver high-quality support, and document interactions clearly while following SOPs and guidelines.

You will work night shifts from a remote setup, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and aim to meet KPIs such as response time, resolution time, quality, and customer satisfaction. Training, benefits, and global exposure are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience providing support via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to follow established processes, scripts, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing, or general concerns.
• Investigate customer issues and provide appropriate solutions based on policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions, concerns, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure proper follow-through.
