Job summary

AS White Global Pty in Manila (BGC, Taguig) is seeking a US Customer Service Representative for medical records retrieval support. You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, update clients on order status, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and accuracy.

The role requires high-volume call handling, excellent English communication, and strong attention to detail. It offers an onsite work setup and opportunities for growth within a growing APAC provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience as a US Customer Service Representative and Records Retrieval/medical/legal/claims setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English; ability to interpret correspondence and records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries about order status via email or phone and log issues and resolutions.
• Monitor client base to prevent satisfaction concerns or delays and inform clients of delays with clear explanations.
• Draft clear written communication and edit before sending emails or letters.
• Review cancellations and settled orders for proper closure and routing to Production.
• Validate work orders from Retrieval Department before contacting clients to ensure procedures.
