Job summary

TalentPop App is seeking a Senior CSR Training Specialist to design and deliver live and self-paced training for our global customer service team. You will run Zoom sessions, craft content, and coach agents to meet client standards.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of BPO Customer Service experience.
1 to 2 years of hands on Customer Service Training experience.
Virtual Assistant and E-Commerce industry background (Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk).
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Monday.com) and creation tools (Canva, Loom, Trainual) is a huge plus.
High energy, exceptional coaching abilities, and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead 1 on 1 and group Zoom training sessions covering company guidelines, role expectations, and client specific brand concierges.
Conduct interactive training on top platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Re:Amaze, and Shopify.
Design engaging modules, guides, and presentations using Trainual, Moodle, Loom, and Canva.
Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and offer constructive feedback to set our team members up for long term success.
