You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy, while building product knowledge. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a secondary, vocational, or tertiary qualification.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help and support clients.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English; Filipino language skills are an advantage.
• Flexible shift work including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
