Job summary

Auctus Coaching is seeking an operational lead to run day-to-day Customer Success and onboarding delivery, coaching a small three-person team, and ensuring smooth transitions from onboarding to BAU support.

You will own the client lifecycle, drive planning, and maintain visibility into blockers and health metrics while collaborating with the Head of Operations. This fully remote role aligns with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading or coordinating a small team across Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Leadership style: organized, supportive and accountable with remote team experience.
• Strong relationship management and expectation setting with clients.
• Process-focused with systems mindset and comfort with automation.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end client journey from sales-to-ops handover through onboarding and ongoing support.
• Lead daily planning, workload allocation, and coaching for a small CS team.
• Manage high-value client relationships and conduct governance meetings.
• Maintain an internal platform as the single source of truth for client data and health tracking.
• Provide transparent reporting on onboarding progress, capacity, churn risks, and KPIs.
