Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a Customer Success Operations Specialist to manage CX platforms, automate workflows, and deliver actionable insights. You’ll configure Zendesk, ChurnZero, and GuideCX, develop AI-assisted processes, and drive data-driven decisions across the customer experience stack.

Qualifications

• Experience in CX Operations or similar hands-on SaaS roles.
• Hands-on config of ticketing/customer platforms (Zendesk/Intercom).
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills with dashboards.
• Familiarity with CS metrics, churn, and NRR.
• Ability to verify AI outputs and build AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure CX platforms (Zendesk, ChurnZero); design workflows, routing, triggers, dashboards, and automation.
• Administer GuideCX for Implementations; maintain data integrations across CX stack.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows to streamline reporting and admin tasks.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc CX reports; translate insights into actions.
• Improve data quality by resolving discrepancies and data hygiene issues.
• Document customer journeys, processes, and workflow changes for improvements.
• Evaluate AI capabilities across CX platforms; propose efficiency ideas.
• Provide operational support and coordinate with internal teams/vendors.
