Job summary

D2B is seeking a CRM Specialist to lead end-to-end CRM implementations for multiple client accounts. You will configure pipelines, automation, and campaigns while ensuring data hygiene and integration with marketing platforms.

This 100% remote role follows AU/NZ business hours, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule. It offers a competitive PHP salary range and opportunities for growth within a dynamic Australian-connected team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building CRMs, campaigns, and automations.
• Agency experience with multi-client account management.
• Hands-on CRM experience with Pipedrive or similar tools.
• Strong automation logic, segmentation, and email campaign management.
• Ability to build reporting dashboards and communicate results to clients.
• Proactive communicator, able to flag blockers early.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM setup, configuration, and optimization across client accounts.
• Build pipelines, lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, and contact data architecture.
• Maintain data hygiene and connect CRM to marketing, advertising, and analytics platforms.
• Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end — from brief and template build through to deployment.
• Plan and manage campaign calendars across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Monitor performance and make data-led optimization decisions in real time.
• Design and deploy automated workflows — lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and more.
• Build trigger-based automations tied to CRM stages, form submissions, and behavioral signals.
• Test, QA, and continuously improve automation flows based on performance data.
• Build client-facing dashboards and track key CRM and campaign metrics.
