Boomering inc in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Data Administrator for a short-term data cleanup project. You will review records, validate contacts, and update job titles and emails across HubSpot and SugarCRM, ensuring accuracy while handling high-volume data from home.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in CRM/data admin, experience with Excel, and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in CRM/admin, data cleansing or similar.
• Experience with HubSpot and/or SugarCRM preferred.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong online research and information-validation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume data tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written English and communication skills.
• Ability to follow defined criteria and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review bounced emails, incorrect contact information, and incomplete records.
• Verify if existing contacts are still with the organization and in the same role/region.
• Research and update job titles, contact details, and emails.
• Identify suitable replacement contacts when someone leaves.
• Complete missing information within records.
• Clean, maintain, and update data across CRM systems.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources to validate information.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and SugarCRM.
• Use Excel for data tracking and cleanup activities.
• Flag records needing review rather than making complex decisions alone.
• Follow established data-quality standards and processes.
