Boomering Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Data Administrator to support a short-term data cleanup project from home. The role focuses on reviewing, validating, updating, and maintaining prospect and contact information across CRM systems.

You will work on a 3-month contract, handling high-volume data tasks with HubSpot/SugarCRM and Excel to ensure accuracy and data quality. Strong research and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in CRM administration or related roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and SugarCRM preferred.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar research tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong online research and information-validation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle high-volume data tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good written English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review bounced emails, incorrect contact information, and incomplete prospect records.
• Verify whether existing contacts are still with the organization, in the same role, and within the same region.
• Research and update job titles, contact details, and emails where information changed.
• Identify replacement contacts when an employee leaves.
• Complete missing information within existing contact records.
• Clean, maintain, and update data across CRM systems.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources to research and validate information.
• Maintain accurate records within HubSpot and SugarCRM.
• Use Excel for data tracking, review, and cleanup.
• Flag records needing additional review rather than making complex eligibility decisions.
