Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Deep knowledge of ESP platforms (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM programs across eDM, SMS, and automation flows.
• Build and manage delivery calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Perform QA and testing to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
