Job summary

Cobden & Carter International is seeking a proactive CRM Specialist to support customer engagement strategies across digital channels. You will own lifecycle campaigns, customer journeys, and data-driven insights to boost retention, working with the Digital Strategy Manager.

Responsibilities include designing campaigns across Email, SMS, and Viber, journey orchestration, segmentation, dashboards, and collaboration with ecommerce and care teams. Onsite in Quezon City, dayshift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or ecommerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience with at least one CRM or Marketing Automation Platform (Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience running email/SMS campaigns end-to-end (segmentation, setup, QA, reporting).
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to interpret data.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
• Enthusiastic team player with interest in digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce platform is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Viber with proper segmentation.
• Develop customer journey flows: onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align CRM campaigns with product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Initiate CRM efforts tied to ecommerce, including automated journeys and promotional messaging.
• Own daily CRM operations: list management, workflows, automations, QA.
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign material production.
• Partner with ecommerce and customer care teams to design journeys triggered by site behavior.
