Job summary

Talent Group Philippines is seeking a Credit Officer to manage a high-volume debtor ledger, ensuring timely cash flow, accurate reconciliation, and strong commercial outcomes. This role offers ownership of your ledger within a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in collections, particularly in high-volume environments.
• Accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a solid understanding of commercial operations.
• Strong attention to detail with intermediate to advanced Excel skill

Responsibilities

• Manage cash collections and reconcile debtor accounts.
• Use tech to improve collection efficiency.
• Report to Credit Manager with collection progress.
• Handle cash allocations, RCTI, and bank reconciliations (Zendesk).
• Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
• Perform daily cash receipting and allocations.
• Investigate and resolve 60/90-day delinquencies.
• Address queries within service levels; allocate workloads.
• Document activities in financial systems; assist reporting.
• Provide prompt business support; ad hoc reporting.
• Improve processes while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Tackle issues in business development and tech changes.
