Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Collections Officer to ensure timely collection of outstanding customer accounts, minimise bad debt, and maintain positive customer relationships. You will adhere to company credit policies, document activities in systems, and support month-end reporting.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume collections role, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience with Pronto or MYOB is valued.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Business, Accounting or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong Excel skills; experience with Pronto/MYOB is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, manage workload with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices via email.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding debts to ensure prompt payment.
• Escalate accounts per policy to Manager.
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify unapplied payments/credits.
