Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a Creator & Content Marketing Manager - UGC to lead end-to-end content production and influencer strategy for a plant care/home gardening brand. You will brief, review, and repurpose authentic assets into winning campaigns, working remotely with leadership and video editors.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in creator/affiliate program management, Meta Ads creative strategy, and Shopify, with a portfolio showcasing direct-to-camera UGC, trend edits,

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing influencer, creator, affiliate, or ambassador programs.
• Portfolio with direct-to-camera UGC, meme or trend edits, and product styling or demos.
• Experience briefing creative teams or video editors with clear written instructions.
• Strong understanding of user-generated content (UGC) and short-form video best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage the client's creator, ambassador, and affiliate program.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard creators aligned with the brand and target audience.
• Coordinate product gifting campaigns, creator outreach, and ongoing relationship management.
• Track creator performance and identify opportunities to transition high-performing creators into affiliate partnerships.
• Maintain an organized CRM containing creator profiles, campaign history, engagement metrics, and partnership opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships with creators to strengthen the brand community.
