We are Enclave BioActives, a fast-growing health and wellness company behind Emma Relief and a growing portfolio of consumer health brands.

Our brands are built through strong products, performance-driven marketing, and content that connects with real customers. As we continue to scale our paid social, TikTok Shop, and creator-led marketing efforts, we’re looking for a UGC Creator & Influencer Coordinator who knows how to find great creators and turn those relationships into a consistent pipeline of high-performing content.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience recruiting and managing UGC creators at scale through creator platforms such as TRIBE, Insense, and similar UGC/influencer marketplaces.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and recruiting creators, coordinating content production, securing appropriate usage and advertising permissions, and helping us build a reliable creator network across our brands. You should already understand how creator partnerships work across Meta advertising, creator whitelisting/Partnership Ads, and TikTok Shop.

What You’ll Own

• Source and recruit UGC creators, influencers, and TikTok creators who fit our brands and target audiences.
• Manage creator recruitment through platforms such as TRIBE, Insense, and other creator marketplaces and databases.
• Conduct direct creator outreach through email, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of creators for ongoing content production.
• Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience fit, communication, performance potential, and brand alignment.
• Coordinate creator briefs, product shipments, deadlines, revisions, approvals, and final content delivery.
• Negotiate creator rates, deliverables, usage rights, and other collaboration terms.
• Coordinate Meta creator whitelisting / Partnership Ads, including obtaining the necessary creator permissions for paid advertising.
• Recruit and coordinate creators for TikTok Shop, including affiliate and creator-led content initiatives.
• Ensure the team has the appropriate content usage rights before assets are used in paid campaigns.
• Maintain organized records of creators, rates, deliverables, permissions, content status, and performance.
• Work closely with our Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, and marketing team to identify the types of creators and content we need.
• Continuously expand our creator network so we have a steady flow of fresh UGC available for testing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting and managing UGC creators and/or influencers for consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with TRIBE, Insense, or comparable creator recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of the complete UGC workflow—from creator sourcing and outreach through briefing, production, revisions, and final delivery.
• Experience coordinating Meta whitelisting, Partnership Ads, or creator-authorized paid advertising.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop creators and/or affiliates.
• Comfortable managing multiple creators and content projects simultaneously.
• Strong eye for identifying creators who can produce authentic, engaging, direct-response content.
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and able to keep creator campaigns moving without constant follow-up from the team.
