Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing & SEO Growth Manager to own the client’s online growth. You will drive organic traffic, social audience expansion, and monetization across platforms, leveraging Showit/WordPress, Canva, and AI-enabled SEO techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, growth marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital growth strategy focusing on organic traffic, social growth, and monetization.
• Develop AI Search Optimization (AIO) and content strategies across platforms.
• Manage and optimize content using Showit/WordPress, Canva visuals, and in-house video content.
• Create briefs and direction for video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest.
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows (ManyChat, Zapier, email campaigns).
• Track KPIs across channels and report on growth performance.
