Job summary

Oysterly Media is a leading short-form video agency, helping world-renowned brands show up on social media through UGC creator-led content and employee-generated content. We’re seeking a Senior Creative Executive to translate briefs into compelling concepts and scripts while guiding creators and coordinating across campaigns.

Based remotely from the Philippines, you will own creative output, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with global brands such as Hilton, 3M and UPS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience across UGC, influencer, talent, content, social media, creative or project management.
• Strong short-form content, copywriting and scriptwriting experience.
• Excellent understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
• Experience briefing, managing or providing creative direction to creators or talent.
• Strong organisational, project management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident, proactive and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop UGC concepts and creative ideas from client briefs.
• Write engaging UGC scripts with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to creators.
• Manage UGC creators from briefing through delivery.
• Brief creators on scripts, creative direction and brand requirements.
• Track deliverables, schedules and deadlines.
• Proactively manage delays and production issues.
• Review content against briefs and brand guidelines.
