Job summary

Outsourced Pro Global Limited seeks a creative, data-driven Content Strategist & Scriptwriter to lead our brand growth and lead-generation efforts. You will own content planning, editorial calendars, and script development for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and paid media.

You’ll generate ideas, craft scripts and messaging angles, coordinate with production, and analyze performance analytics to refine our strategy for growth and conversions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in content strategy, copywriting, and digital marketing.
• Direct expertise in scriptwriting for YouTube, Reels/TikTok, and paid social video ads.
• Basic knowledge in video editing and graphic tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with reading social dashboards and tweaking scripts based on engagement trends.
• Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON for 8 hours and undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute holistic social media content strategies and campaign roadmaps.
• Plan, build, and manage a structured content calendar across platforms.
• Align messaging across organic channels and paid advertising.
• Write engaging, high-performing video scripts for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and ads.
• Craft high-converting ad copy, hooks, headlines, and narrative angles.
• Coordinate content production with internal creators, editors, and designers.
• Assist with basic graphic design and light video editing when needed.
• Review platform metrics to understand content resonance.
