Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Creative Development Lead to guide client projects from concept to delivery in a fully remote setting. You will partner with clients, sales, account management, recruiting, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, onboarding, and go-live.

Strong design and development experience, plus knowledge of Adobe CC, Figma, HTML/CSS/JS, and high-volume production are highly valued. A BPO background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in creative design, development, or production.
• 3–5 years in a BPO environment.
• Strong ability to interpret briefs and client feedback.
• Experience with creative workflows and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Creative Development SME in client discussions.
• Understand client needs and propose practical, scalable creative solutions.
• Lead onboarding, training, and go-live activities for new partnerships.
• Coordinate with clients, Sales, Account Management, Recruiting, and delivery teams.
• Define roles, assess candidates, and support training for delivery teams.
• Provide post-launch guidance and troubleshoot issues.
