Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Client Solutions Consultant – Digital Marketing to act as a subject matter expert for Digital Ad Operations, guiding campaigns from discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization.

You will lead client conversations, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement. This is a remote role with day-one healthcare, growth opportunities, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in digital advertising, ad operations.
• 3–5 years of BPO experience.
• Strong understanding of ad ops, workflows, advertising technologies, QA, tracking, and performance metrics.
• Experience with campaign setup, trafficking, QA, tracking validation, monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to interpret insertion orders, media plans, creative specifications, and client requirements and turn them into clear operational workflows.
• Confident in leading client-facing conversations with marketing, media, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with major digital advertising technology categories such as ad servers, DSPs, search/social platforms, publisher systems, and verification tools.
• Willingness to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to understand objectives, platforms, and trafficking needs.
• Translate client requirements into scalable digital marketing solutions.
• Lead implementation, onboarding, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams across multiple functions.
• Guide delivery teams on campaign setup, tracking, QA, and optimization.
• Support recruiting and training by defining role requirements.
• Develop and improve service offerings and QA frameworks.
• Educate internal teams on digital marketing capabilities.
• Stay updated on ad tech, AI, privacy, and measurement.
• Provide post-launch advisory support for campaign, tracking, reporting, quality, and operational issues.
