• 3–5 years in creative design, development, or production.
• 3–5 years in a BPO environment.
• Ability to discuss processes, technologies, challenges, and solutions with clients.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations and gather requirements from day one.
• Translate client needs into practical service solutions and delivery models.
• Oversee implementation, onboarding, and stabilization of partnerships.
• Coordinate with delivery, sales, marketing, and product teams.
