Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Creative Production Lead in the Philippines to guide creative design and development for client projects. You will lead conversations with clients, translate requirements into scalable service solutions, and oversee onboarding and delivery readiness.

Based in the Philippines, you will coordinate with delivery centers, Sales, and Product to ensure high-quality creative production and timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, digital media, computer science, marketing, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in creative design, development, production, or related field.
• Experience in a business process outsourcing environment is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lead client-facing conversations and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations and onboarding for new Creative Development partnerships.
• Coordinate among clients, delivery teams, Sales, Account Management, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, risks, and launch readiness.
• Guide teams in applying brand guidelines, design systems, and production standards.
• Provide ongoing advisory support and elevate risks or decisions when needed.
